I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker, Supervisor (LISW-S). I am trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My clinical experience spans over 11 years including community mental health and independently in private practice. I have earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from Tiffin University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University.
Through my years of working with clients, I have developed many approaches to a variety of life’s challenges. My mission is to work with adults to overcome obstacles that impact their mental wellbeing. My areas of experience include treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger, grief, low self-esteem, and other life challenges. I offer faith-based counseling for those seeking it. I believe everyone has unique qualities and needs. This allows me to work with individuals to identify the best approach to guide them toward a more meaningful life.

When I’m not in my office, I enjoy being outside gardening, playing with my dogs and spending time with my grandchildren. I am a Christian who believes in change through faith and positivity. I strive to create a calm, safe, judgement-free space for everyone I meet.
I have a furry side-kick named Bailey who works alongside me. She is a trained a therapy dog. She loves to offer support during sessions with cuddles and pets.
